Stone Ridge Estate (Monavoni) – Centurion

Stone Ridge Estate is situated in the Monavoni area of Centurion. Centurion is gradually
becoming a strategically situated city, closely linked to the Central Business Districts (CBD) of
Sandton, Midrand and Pretoria. Stone Ridge Estate, Silver Wood Estate, Silver Stone Estate,
Sevilla Estate and Thorn Field Estate are located in the heart of Monavoni and comprise an
area of about 600 ha. The Estate also comprises a number of Sectional Title complexes

Rosslyn to Sandton) are proposed routes that will continue to effectively manage traffic flow
through the area

A school which will cater for learners from Grade R to Grade 12 is also planned for. Other plans
for the area outside the boundaries of Stone Ridge Estate include a regional shopping centre,
sports facilities and a hospital.
